So I had 4 GB 1 hour, 3 minute mp4. I want to upload it to youtube and I realize I have to split it to do that. What (free or temporarily free) program do I use to split an mp4?

“Free Video Converter” may fit the ticket. I downloaded v1.0 yesterday from Tucows, but it looks like a more recent version is available here.
