We watched the whole show.
Um, this was really, really bad.
Kristen Stewart was listed as a guest (the “A” guest), but she apparently bailed at the last minute. So Burr had to stretch out his part. He clearly wasn’t prepared. Conan wasn’t helping by asking questions the guy didn’t care/wasn’t prepared to answer. Burr has a very limited repertoire of humor and Conan’s insistence on talking about the election kept most of the talk away from that. Even the World Series part was incoherent.
So we had just a bunch of muddled filler.
Yeah, I was in tears too. Not funny.
