I thought I had even seen that explained by a moderator at one time. If I was indeed wrong in posting what I did, I’ll refrain from doing so again, but it was my belief at the time that such was permitted and I’d appreciate some official clarification on this rule.

Interestingly, I didn’t take that to mean Republican politicians when I heard him say it because I didn’t think that many fit the description. I took it to me folks like Rush and Hannity and The Wicked Witch of the West (aka, Ann Coulter). It makes more sense that way, too, btw.
