Wasn’t who I was thinking of, but why not? She IS Queen of De-nile…

I Caesar point.

What the blue blazes are they waiting for anyway? If just 50 were to jump on the bandwagon right now, that would leave Hillary in the hole on states won and popular vote and pledged delegates and superdelegates. They could end this right now if they wanted to.

Eh, there are still primaries to go. And some Dems actually prefer HRC.

Yes, even though Bubba’s past is an embarrassment. Obama’s riding a bubble, & that bubble’s going to pop.

And you base that on . . . ?

I can think of a Shakespearean character other than Caesar she could be…

Lady Macbeth?

Holy crap, those were some great puns.

No doubt. Just like the balloons they let loose during his Inaugural Address.

May I ask you where she’s going to get enough air to float her bubble? Unlike Karl Rove, we can actually see the real math, which says she cannot overtake him in pledged delegates unless she comes out of all the rest of the primary contests with something like 80% or better numbers. Every one. Isn’t going to happen, especially with TuzlaGate exploding in the news.

Since I saw Richardson on one of the Sunday morning shows (Meet the Press, I think) and it seems that you did not, I should point out that he said that he was very close to endorsing Hillary, and almost did after he and Bill watched the Superbowl together. “Very persuasive” was how he described Bill.

Perhaps that’s a contributing factor to why Carville feels “Judas” is justified? Knowing that they almost had his endorsement, only to have it slip away…

I had not. My assessment was based on reports the weeks before SuperTuesday in which his admiration of Obama (including that debate story) was featured and other reports that claimed that the Clintons were mainly looking for him to stay neutral. FWIW.

Will we begin to see more supers moving now, especially as the fruits of divisiveness are becoming more apparent?

It seemed that way to me also. Just another reminder that what is presented is not always what is happening behind the scenes. In this case, I think what Richardson said on Meet the Press is probably right. However, I could also envision an argument that he was putting a political spin on it – e.g., add to the impact, curry favor with the candidate he believes is the front runner, etc.

Either way, I just wanted to point it out.

ETA: Hopefully this will be the last “fork” related thread we’ll need, but I fear it won’t.

We may very well need a “stake” thread at some point.
