Bing and my inaccessible home page- help

So I use MSN.com as my home page (don’t judge me!). Never had a problem until late yesterday, but now when I try to get to msn.com, either through the home icon or typing in msn.com, it just goes to a blank page- not a Bing search page or anything, just nothing, but in the browser bar (Firefox) is the Bing icon and msn.com. I have tried typing in about:config and changing all Bing references to google, but that didn’t work. I went into my control panel and programs to see if I could uninstall anything to do with Bing, but there’s nothing Bing-y there. I don’t know what else to do, but I want msn.com back, and I want it now. Help.

Well, doing more of a search about the problem, it seems that people all over the place are unable to connect to msn.com today. I see a lot of references to it being an IE10 problem, but I don’t use that, so I don’t know.

Maybe msn.com just went down for a while. It happens, even for major web sites like that. It’s their problem, not yours. I can get to it now, but I expect you can too.

MSN seems to be down. At least it’s routing me over to Bing.

It still works for me.

Still isn’t working for me this AM. I use Google Chrome as my browser.

Now it’s that if I clear my cookies, I can access msn.com for the rest of the day. I don’t know that much about cookies, but I don’t really want to have to clear them daily to get to my homepage. Gah.
