Yes. Definitely Red-capped Manakin. They’re pretty common around here in the forest. Very cool mating display.
Who’s the girl?
The video is a little fuzzy, but she strikes me as “nerdy sexy”. Sort of like Sarah Vowell.
Looks more like the Hammer Dance than the Moonwalk to me; pretty cool nonetheless.
