Having had more than my fair share of having to deal with the local children’s hospital and other hospitals, as a result of my daughter being born with various congenital deformities to her heart and stomach, and having her “slip between” the cracks repeatedly no matter how hard I poked at the system with a stick, I don’t see how anybody could “get recognition” from medical types with a fake problem. Hell, I’ve had a miserable time getting help with real problems. And I’m hardly alone. 
The effort involved wouldn’t bring nearly enough gratification.
