Are the police files on the “Black Dahlia” case sealed? (i.e., are they unavailable to the public?) If so, why? It’s been almost 60 years.
I have no time right now for research, but here is a site where you can start. There is apparently a message board. These people should know. I make no claims to the validity of data available there.
