I have been trying to work with a table of class times accentuated with colored squares. The only way I have found to remove or alter the colors is by going to source code, which should way too hard to be the BEST answer. Has anyone worked with the program and lean how to change the background color of a table cell? BTW, no one at school seems to have a clue.
That’s probably the only way to do it. Blackboard’s editor is a bit crude.
It’s possible that you could create the table in Word and see if you can copy and paste it (or upload it), but I can’t confirm that. (I’m the admin at our college, BTW; send me a private message if you have other questions).
I just tested. Create the table in MS Word with the shading you want, as well as any text. Then paste it into the Blackboard text entry area. The table needs text in at least some of the cells to work.
