I know there is/was a Pit thread about her, but I didn’t see any updates regarding this: did her HS have graduation the ceremony already? If so, did she give a speech (as valedictorians usually do)? If so, what was the reaction by her classmates?
If they booed or turned their backs on her, will she sue again (a class action suit - ha ha)?

I read the link, but I’m puzzled. What’s going on here? Why is the school trying to name another valedictorian, or at least, why do they say they’re doing it?
She was “disabled”, so she was exempt from several required classes (like gym) which if she did take would’ve lowered her Quality Average. She also was able to take classes not available to anyone else at the school (because she took several classes at home), raising her QPA.
The school thought it wasn’t fair to other people who in a way were penalized for not being disabled (I think one or two may have had a higher average if Blair didn’t have an advantage). The judge disagreed.
For short: She’s a bitch.
