I’m convinced that this is somehow a plot between Comedy Central and Amazon.com. After reading this thread I had to go off and buy the DVD. I need to see the original uncut again. I know in two weeks they’ll probably release the special edition with all sorts of good crap on it, but dammit, I need a fix now.
They did leave in the line when Bart goes back to the railroad crew and his friend says “They told me you was hung!”
He answers “And they was right!”
