A friend of mine asked me if it were possible to block her e-mail address from being automatically “captured” by the recipient’s e-mail system. I see that when ever someone e-mails me, they are automatically placed in my e-mail address folder

Can this be done?

No, but she could use a throw-away account or address spoofing software.

Sure.
Just spoof the return address.
Most email client’s only capture the return address, not the actual sender’s address in the email headers.
