Here’s a story about it:
He seems like he is a local activist who (he believes) is being harassed by the police. I don’t know the facts of this one way or another.
Was interesting to listen to for the last half hour, he should be surrendering peacefully right now.

According to the twitchy story on this the guy was apparently tweeting things that made it sound like he was planning to kill the cops as they took him down, so not exactly surprised that he isn’t on good terms with them. Strange story.
Yeah, a coworker called me an hour ago and told me to listen in. Apparently a site called sociallyuncensored.eu is supposed post the whole audio of the suspect negotiating with police tomorrow. I looked at the suspect’s tweets and yeah, I don’t find the swat reaction too surprising at all.
Anyway it was interesting while it was happening. Now, not so much.
