I have a blog with blogspot that does not come up in Google or any other search engine. I’ve tried searching mainly under the blog title.

Can you throw some metatags in your HTML?

I did add meta tages to the end of the template using the code generated by META Tag Builder

I’m not a blogger but here’s some tips:

  1. Google Sitemaps: https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/siteoverview (look for a plugin helper to work with your blog software)
  2. Social Bookmarking sites: Social bookmarking - Wikipedia and http://ekstreme.com/socializer/ (get others linking to your site)
  3. Make an RSS feed available: RSS - Wikipedia (get others linking to your site)
  4. Old school SEO guidelines: http://www.apromotionguide.com/index.html

Zipper thanks for those links. I started asking other with blogs on similar topics if they would put a link to mine on it. It’s mething of a peronal journey/my weight loss experience but I’d like it to be read by nmore people then just my friends.
