Blue Man Group has properties in New York, Boston, Chicago, Orlando, and Vegas.
Cirque du Soleil has properties all over Vegas, plus one in Orlando, and I’m assuming elsewhere in the world.
Similarly, Branson, Missouri plays host to Broadway productions - Joseph is currently playing there now - but I can’t say for certain whether Branson has ever had a Broadway show that was concurrently playing on, uh, Broadway. Is Joseph playing on Broadway right now?
Anyway, are there any other big-time (or small-time) Vegas and/or Broadway properties that have permanent (or semi-permanent) shows at different places in the world at the same time?
NOTE: Here’s hoping Celtic Woman decides to open a permanent property in Vegas, because, dayum.
It’s not an “act”, but Ripley’s Believe it or Not has franchise locations all over, mostly in tourist locations – Atlantic City 9they used to have one on the Steel Pier), Chicago, San Francisco (fisherman’s Wharf), San Antonio (near the Alamo), New York City, and St. Petersburg, and no doubt others.
There are apparently three touring companies of Riverdance. Each is named after a river. The Foyle company performs in Ireland, the Corrib company in the rest of Europe, and the Boyne company performs in North America.
According to their web site, they have something like 34 Ripley’s locations, most of them in North America, plus they run a number of other attractions.
