After discussion in the mod loop, we have decided to suspend Bob_Blaylock for 30 days for continuing to make personal attacks on other posters. He has been formally warned to stop doing this on numerous occasions.
We have also decided that upon his return, any personal attack on another poster will result in an immediate full ban, since Warnings and Suspensions do not seem to improve his behavior.
