Four wisdom teeth and two skin tags. Right now, I’m adding body parts. To my baby, that is!
1.) Wisdom teeth
2.) Uterus, ovaries, etc.
3.) Small chunks from right breast and back (reconstructed)
Not too freakish, I guess.
2 molars, an appendix, a gall bladder, a uterus, 2 fallopian tubes, 2 ovaries, and 1 entire colon.
I figure the only thing I have left that could be removed and still leave me with “normal” life would be 1 kidney.

large (no not that) intestine!
Me too on the rib. My mother found out from the pediatrician who wanted to know if I’d fallen or anything (like my parents smacking me around presumably). Apparently it was left out of the original blueprints. Other than that I’m missing tonsils, adenoids, bits of teeth, various moles and skin tags, and a large chunk of intellect.
Looking at my original post, I think I should have said “starting last January.” It does look a bit more intriguing if the 25 pounds seems to have made a suddent disappearance. Not sudden at all.
I’m Missing about 20cc of brain matter from behind my right eye.
Upon reflection, I’m not missing it all that much.

All baby teeth, all 4 wisdom teeth, some bits of other teeth that were drilled out to make room for fillings. Outside my mouth I’m still “as issued”.

Can’t say I miss wisdom teeth because I never had 'em.
Short version: I drank hydrochloric acid when I was four years old. Major re-arrangement of internal plumbing, and the insertion of an artificial philtrum, ensued.

Nothing here has been artificially removed, but I am congenitally without an adult tooth (the one between the front tooth and the canine) as well as all my wisdom teeth.
I think we had the same surgery. Don’t worry, those fifty million lovely stitches (which will fall out at all the wrong times) will reattach your lip to your gums instead. You’ll never miss it.
Me = one tiny lip flap (see above), 2 wisdom teeth, 2 permanant teeth, the portion of jaw they cut away and the mercedes I spent on it all.
I’m missing my wisdom teeth and two extra teeth that decided to grow between my baby and adult teeth in the top front. Those were removed when I was in grade school.
I’m missing a small section of my middle left finger tip. About .25cm across the fingernail. The tip was cut off but they sewed it back on minus the nasty parts. You wouldn’t know unless you gave it a close look.
I’m missing parts of my sinus, septum random bits of flesh from the general nose area. Cartilage from both ears have been cut out and moved so I’m missing some of that as well.
I’m loosing the toenails on all my toes except the big ones. Not really missing yet but I expect to wake and find them gone any day now (good thing too. All eight are bastards really)
And my foreskin - but I wouldn’t say I miss that much. I never had a chance to know it.

I’m missing one ovary, one 10-centimeter diameter dermoid cyst attached to said ovary, all of my wisdom teeth, two front teeth (damn door), two 8-inch strips of skin on my chest, and a couple of moles and assorted skin bits.
