Bourne vs. Craig would be more interesting. I’d say that Bourne is faster, but Craig is stronger. Tough call.
Bourne vs. Brosnan is no contest. Bourne all the way. He’d probably win against any other other Bonds as well.

Bourne tends to fight from a distance, so he’d generally win. Hand to hand, I think Bourne would lose against Connery’s Bond and Craig’s Bond, but win against Moore’s and Lazenby’s; I don’t know about Brosnan’s. Call it a draw overall.

Bourne is quicker, but if CraingBond managed to get ahold of him, Bourne would die by his own hand. CraigBond would be pinning him down, and holding his arm and saying: “Why are you punching yourself? ::bash bash:: Why are you punching yourself? ::bash, bash::”

Pathetically, I have actually given thought to this question. I think it comes down to the fact that Bond is trained to be a spy; Bourne is trained to be a killer. Bond is one dangerous dude, but Bourne had his entire psyche broken down and rebuilt to make him the ideal assassin. When you need a grand criminal enterprise toppled, Bond is your man. When you need to take someone out, Bourne can handle anybody, out-thinking and out-improvising even people who are faster and stronger than he is.
What he said. I just finished watching the Bourne trilogy, and I have to go with Jason over James (all the James’, except maybe Craig’s Bond, who I haven’t seen).

Bourne would put Bond (any of them) down in under 5 seconds. He’d only need 2 seconds, but he’d play with him a little.
We’re talking Bourne as played by damon, right? Not by Richard Chamberlain, because then even Miss Moneypenny would kick his ass.

Bourne as played by Matt Damon would wreck Bond, as Tangent says. Bourne is a dirty in-close fighter.
Lazenby, Moore and Dalton’s Bonds could not stand their own against Bourne, at all. They’d be toast.
Connery’s Bond was surprisingly strong. Victor after a long, hard fight.
Craig’s Bond would give Bourne a run for his money and might lose only on stamina, because Bourne has a ten year age advantage on him.
Brosnan’s Bond fought dirty/smart, he’d win if he had something to hand to use as a weapon, even if it wasn’t a weapon per se. If it was just the two of them, nothing but their own bodies, Bourne takes him.
