Bone fractures & how to expedite growth?

I’ve fractured the tip of my humerus, and it’s a very small chip. It’s a minor fracture and will require probably 4 weeks to regain full movement—the orthopedic surgeon said.

My question: Is there a diet I can follow and/or vitamins I can take to speed up my recovery? I’m sure there is and I’ll ask him on my next visit. I wonder if it will even be worth it?
I have started some research & found some things, but. . .
Just wonderin’ if anybody out there has some tips for me. Thanks

Actually, 4 weeks is pretty fast. There are things that can be done to speed bone healing, electromagnetic devices, and drugs(CP-533,536), but they are for breaks(on people) that take a long time to heal. I dont think any doctor would do anything to cut down a 4 week time period.
