Just released last month, it’s 1890’s Paris and the women of the aristocracy are enjoying a day at a charity bazaar with their children and maids when a fire breaks out and kills hundreds. What unfolds post tragedy to three families is quite remarkable. Very strong perfomances and quickly moving storyline, I was completely absorbed - even watching in french with subtitles. Looking forward to S2!
