For you “harriers” out there, is the “boob check mark” for real? If so, what’s the “dick check” mentioned in the footnote?
I’ve seen it used, although we normally used two full circles with center blobs instead, and we’d call it a “chick check”. It makes for a nice break and forces the mostly male FRBs (Front Running Bastards) to wait up. Plus, it’s a delicious hash crime if a male hasher accidentally checks on a chick check.
I was in a discount clothing store in NYC when I thought I heard a “Mr. Boobcheck” being paged repeatedly over the PA system.
As I was leaving, I noticed a placard with the store managers’ names. One was a Mr. Buchek. Oh well, I was close.
Don’t you just hate it when logistical constraints preclude your favorite refreshment?
Further, I demand to see the sign for the dick check. I have no intention of sitting through another chalk talk without seeing it up close and personal. After all, I don’t want to go where I’m not wanted.
At least there isn’t a standard symbol for the butt-chug.
What sort of logistical contsraints would prevent them from leaving a beer lying around?
Ex-Hasher here. The boob check was not that common in our group. I remember it being used only once.
