Not that I think ethnicity or “Race” has much bearing on such things…but the biggest boobs I have seen have often been on Irish-American guys over 50.
Other than among professional entertainers, I don’t believe that there’s an extraordinary number of surgically enhanced breasteses in either Vegas or Reno. And I haven’t been to LA very much, but I would guess the % of women that have had breast modification work done is so small as to be almost insignificant. Does anyone have stats on how common boob jobs are in certain US cities?
Well, yeah, the majority of Asian women do have small breasts, but my (kinda) ex-girlfriend (Chinese) has 36C’s.
I think a good amount of Korean girls tend to be well-endowed though.
(No, it’s not what you’re thinking… it’s just something I kinda picked up on after four years in a school whose student body is roughly 50% Asian (…was it just a coincidence that it was a math/science high school?))
I have to respectfully disagree… I have lived in Korea for, um, 6 (?) years now (when the heck did I come here '95? '96?
Man! Time flies!), and from personal observation I’d say that most Korean women are fairly flat-chested. Of course there are exceptions, but most of the ones who appear chesty usually look that way because their bodies tend to be so slim and petite…
That said, IMHO Korean women RULE! (And I’m not just saying that so Astrogirl, who is a Korean woman, won’t smack me:p )
Weight and obesity obviously play a huge factor in breast size. So do you mean (for want of a better word) “base”-breast size, eg how big the woman’s breasts would be if her BMI was in the “normal” range. Or do any sort of breasts count? In which case rich, fat, obesity-riddled Western nations would all be likely contenders. Which would be a socio-economic “racial” group, rather than an ethnico-biological one.

Seriously, I think breast size is a combination of heredity and fat intake. Women (and some men) from western cultures with diets higher in red meat and saturated fats tend to have larger breasts.
I do not think this is correct. I have observed as wide a range of variation in body size and proportion in Asian women as in women of other ethnic groups. I very much doubt that Asian women, on average, have smaller cup sizes than women of other ethnic groups. I could believe that their average bust measurement might perhaps be smaller than the average among Western women, but that would be because many Asian women (due to diet) are smaller overall than Western women. But this is not the same thing as having a chest that is small in proportion to one’s body.
It is important to recognize that American cultural preference for large-breasted women is just that, a cultural preference. It is not universal. Women from cultures where this is not the norm will not dress in a way that enhances the apparent size of their breasts the way that many American women do.
That’s what Mrs. M steadfastly maintains, as I noted above (back in December!). In her view, European women tend to be ironing boards, while women of India can boast the real womanly figure.
In this vein, see Paul Theroux’s novel Saint Jack, set in Singapore, where he contrasts the petite bosoms of Chinese women with the buxom figures of Malay women. Having been to Malaysia myself, I can attest to the accuracy of his powers of observation.

Seriously, the biggest breasts I see are on women who have just given birth and are not nursing. My poor wife got up to at least a D (maybe larger) 3 days after she gave birth.

I think the real question should be: Which women have the biggest boobs as a percentage of their body weight?
Yeah, big tall chicks like Norwegians will crank out C cups with no problem, while a b cup on a petitie asian will look like a rack.
I think Indian women and Italian women have the biggest racks versus their body mass.
My wifey tells me that black women have a disproportionate number of reductions. - she works in that “field”.
Black women? Remember a couple years ago, some bra manufacturer held a search for the world’s biggest bra size? The winner was an African-American lady. Something like 76GGG. Having become a celebrity of sorts thanks to winning first prize, she started her own web site (don’t ask me for the link, please: in the first place I don’t know it anymore, and in the second place it isn’t raw size that attracts me, but rather a pleasing shape—a nicety of form which is lost in the extreme upper ranges of size).
That would be the “Field of Dreams” then?
