Book title help (woman who lost three kids)

It had to be published in the 90s or earlier, as I started reading it in 1995. I think it was a true story about a woman who loses a son to SIDS (I think he was named Jimmy), then gets pregnant with twins. One of the twins dies soon after birth, and the other in a car accident as a teenager. Does anyone know the title of this book?

Yea, that would be an understatement. That family had its share of tragedies and then some.
