My wife and I are looking at taking a Princess Cruise to Alaska next year. The prices vary greatly depending on where you book online. I’ve already checked out Expedia and Travelocity. Any ideas of where we might find the best deal?
First, I’d say check out Cruise Critic. They don’t sell cruises, but you can get some deals through them.
Otherwise, www.cruise.com seems to be the cheapest of the public sites.
Or you can go directly to Princess.
We got a good deal through CostCo on a Princess Cruise to Alaska. BTW, we loved the cruise!
Both Cruise.com and Cruisecheap.com are good sites for that.
Princess Cruise eh? Hope you like really, REALLY old people, (no, seriously, like rascals and oxygen tanks, old) and lots of em.
Otherwise…enjoy.
We took our first ever cruise last spring on Princess, to the Mexican Riviera. The passengers ran the gamut from young singles, families with kids, couples, oldsters.
I went on a Caribbean one not too long ago, and the hallway outside our stateroom looked like a used rascal lot.
Few families (which is cool, I’m not really a kid person) few young singles that I saw, couples galore, oh, and an inordinate amount of old ladies in track suits with razor sharp elbows (especially in the buffet line).
“Rascals”? When did elderly people start being referred to as “Rascals”?
