Anyone mention One Flew Over the Cuckcoo’s Nest? The book was from the Indian’s POV, the Kubrick movie from Jack’s. Great shift in perspective.

Before it was a movie, it was a stage play, which I saw off-off broadway. I gues that’d be omniscient POV, as it didn’t seem to be from any character’s.
As a kid, I read these two:
A Bully on Barkham street and A Dog on Barkham Street
Same story, one from the perspective of the bully and the other from the perspective of the kid being bullied.
Heinlein retold one of his stories from two points of view, in parts of Time Enough for Love and his last, To sail Beyond the Sunset.
But I don’t think that’s the kind of thing the OP was asking for.
