I seem to be the only one to really like Boston Legal, but I have some questions if anyone is able to answer. I had all sorts of stuff writen but the basic question is; where did it go, and is it coming back?
Apparently it’s coming back in September. Grey’s Anatomy has been enough of a success that they want to bring both of them back next year, and so BL will debut in September to let Grey’s Anatomy run out their new episodes.

I am so glad there are other people that like it. I love how very twisted it usualy is.
I was a big fan of THE PRACTICE until it started getting repetitive and then goofy-beyond-comprehension and then finally a total soap opera but I’ve never been able to stomach BOSTON LEGAL, which started off strained and goofy. I found it hard to follow a legal show that diverged from the git-go from the normal range of plausible legal situations.
Has it stayed as implausible? Gotten more so? (Can’t see how.) Changed in some other direction?
I think if you are looking for a realistic law practice; I am not sure Boston Legal has anything more than a passing aquantence with that. It does, however, take a lot of the issues of our time and put them into legal dramas to create interesting drama. It is political, but not blatently onesidedly so, and seems to find something to laugh about from every side.
Boston Legal is just Ally McBeal without Ally.
It’s a little bit better than that.
Unless, I missed it, Boston Legal doesn’t do that annoying “this is what I’m thinking”, thing. I don’t want to see what’s going on in the minds of people I know, much less fictional characters on TV.
But it’s got Shatner! And not as “goody two shoes” Kirk, but as a sleazy lawyer, who apparently had a three way with Candice Bergan and a male Barbra Streisand impersonator! What’s not to love?

I watch Grey’s Anatomy. It’s not bad. It’s the drama Scrubs (if it had come first, I’d say Scrubs is the comedy Grey’s Anatomy).
But I so miss Boston Legal. I will be ridiculously glad when it’s back on the air. Definitely the superior show.
