Subjects of IQs are to be unique. If person has been the answer to an IQ this round, we’re not supposed to use them again and if another IQ is inadvertently asked no DQ is awarded. In cases of overlap, only the first question asked counts, even if it hadn’t yet been addressed before someone else asked another one targetting the same person.
