Heh. I am neither Sonny Crockett nor Squidward Tentacles.
Where is your secure, undisclosed location that is in the Eastern time zone and has already gone back to standard time? 
While I may get an inspiration between now and 8 AM tomorrow, I can’t think of anybody who fits the exact set of answers. I call myself stumped and unworthy…

I can’t come up with anything either. I would have been happy to make that Squidward guess. An animated character still seems likely. I’ve never in my life come up with anything really worthwhile in my sleep, but I’ll try one more time.
I’m not entitled to a guess as I have not been playing recently, but if I may offer some thoughts for those who are, my guess is that this is a non-American character from The Simpsons or similar. In fact, until I saw DQ #18 I was thinking of Stewie Griffin from Family Guy, but I think he is actually American (despite his accent, and what he would wish to believe). I can’t think of any non-American Simpsons characters beginning with “S” anyway.

Sheldon J Plankton - Thought, no that was an attempted IQ when I ran an ‘S’ game earlier in the month so it’s too soon.

and settled on Squidward.
I also came up with Skeletor from He-Man, but thought the Bikini Bottom residents would be more familar these days.
Sigh… now I know that, henceforth, we have to ask the question “Are you human?”
