Some packages at the store say “full cut” and others have no label or “original cut” on it. What exactly does “full cut” mean in boxer underwear terminology? and how does it differ from normal cut boxers?
If you are endowed, you need more room so…
you know, if you have a big booty.
I think they’re like “relaxed fit” women’s jeans–roomier in the seat and thighs.
Yes, roomier in the seat and often larger openings for the thighs. Since all underwear is measured by waist size, the industry has to designate some term for “big enough to hold my middle-age gut without chafing.”
You’ll see the same things in men’s shirts – full-cut, tapered/slim and athletic (broader at the shoulders)
‘FAT-ASS’ wouldn’t cut it at upscale stores.
Actually, my experience is that boxers come in “full cut” and “sport cut”.
The full cut boxers are usually composed of three panels of material, and the seams are in the front and about 2/3 of the away around on the fleshy part of the butt.
The sport cut boxers are composed of four panels of materials, with seams in the front, on the sides and directly in back.
As an ample-assed fellow, when I purchase boxers I make sure to get full cut boxers. I find a seam chafing the crack of my ass to be not be the type of feeling that I prefer in the underthings I wear all day.
