So, to give you a taste of Ben Hamper:
In Rivethead, he tells of how GM introduced the “Quality Cat”, a guy they hired to dress up as a mascot in a big cat costume, and prowl the plant, encouraging the workers as any team mascot might, prime slogan being “Quality is Job One!”
Ben then describes how well that went over with the plant workers, and promptly renamed him “Tuna Meowt”.
Again, that book is brilliant, and I see your posts in the same light.
