This was a week or two ago. IIRC, it was a cat brain.
What about the money? From what country? How much? And of course, he opened thinking it may have drugs or money so why was he shocked?
Myself I can’t seeing picking up, let alone opening a wad of aluminum foil washed up on the beach. Who does this?
Is there any update as to the source? Why a brain? That’s bizarre.

Cat brains are a common learning tool for biology and anatomy classes. THey are easily purchased from biological supply companies. I’m sure this is from a one of those companies, used in a class, and probably kept by a student to put somewhere as a lark.
There are three colleges within spitting distance of where the brain was found, one of which is right across the street from the park.
You gotta be careful with those brain-on-the-beach practical jokes. The person who finds one could have their hair turn white instantly.
