Are Brainbench certifications actually taken seriously? Anyone put them on their resume? What say you about the seriousness and utility of Brainbench?

Brainbench , an online certification site.
One of the headhunters that we use to recruit runs all of their people through brainbench. But I never ask the scores and mostly am not too interested. But that is only my take on it.
