Fuck off, eat shit, suck my Scalia. I will continue to post in my accustomed style.
Could you maybe eliminate some of the Michael Lind from your accustomed style? 'cause really, nobody gives a fuck about that dude.
On the scale of evil, he’s 2 notches above “mattress tag ripper” and 1 below “guy who grabs extra groceries after being allowed to cut in line”
Fine, whatever. Just cut the cross-posting, willya? Even if the point is valid, it still comes across as spamming.
What the fuck is that supposed to mean? That doesn’t even make sense in context. Honestly, how the Hell do you think that makes any sense at all in response to “I’ve seen this before”?
You’re a goddamn moron. I suppose I shouldn’t expect better from someone who thinks you can say anything because, hey, it’s their fault if they read it.
You’re right, that’s not it. It’s because people gloss over your worthless bullshit.
Win.
Is the US invasion of Iran imminent again? I think he had a reminder in his calendar to start a thread about that every six months.
Regards,
Shodan
I’m wondering about Scott Walker’s supposedly imminent arrest and prosecution that’s been inevitable over and over for a while now. BrainGlutton has more deadline changes than Harold Camping.
OK, you win the “post of the day” award"!
It makes perfect sense in the context of “has got to be one of the most asinine and self serving thoughts I have ever come across.” An uninteresting response to obvious hyperbole, but it does make sense.
But he can’t stop. Like he admitted in post 21 he’s too retarded to post any differently because he has no thoughts of his own so he scours the internet to do his thinking for him.
I mean even if he posted a link and then said, “See I do thing.” Then at least we’d know he was human. A retarded human but still.
I think we can divide BG’s posts into 9 distinct socio-linguistic types:
Political bullshit.
Economic bullshit.
Historical bullshit.
Sociological bullshit.
Sexual bullshit.
Demographic bullshit.
Geo-political bullshit.
Military bullshit.
Bullshit bullshit.
Ah, got ya. I should have known. I ran into a variation of Gaudere’s law, except with stupidity rather than grammar or spelling. As soon as you you start using words like “moron” or “idiot”, the likelihood of you also posting something stupid increases exponentially.
Hardly a one trick pony I say. As for the balony characterization, you are just whining. [Besides, a certain philosopher would characterize it as cow.]
Cross posting is a no-no admittedly, but I don’t think BG is egregious. He posted in the Stupid Republican Pit thread and the Ferguson, MO pit thread. If he doesn’t make a habit of it, I wouldn’t characterize it as spamming. Weak sauce, but at least it is sauce.
Let’s look at the wider context from your link shall we?
Quoting a headline is pretty much the embodiment of fair use. Your characterization of the link is highly misleading. Check out the masthead, Jimbo: it says fighting ignorance. You are enabling it.
Or “Imbecile” for that matter, as I did upthread. It wasn’t best practice: I shoulda done better.
Woops, wrong cite: Examsmanship and the Liberal Arts
He has also broken down text into 26 subtypes, and digits into 10 different species.
You must be loads of fun at parties. Hint: You missed the joke, but maybe you’re just not familiar with a certain brand of thread he loves to start every so often.
If the link stated the “gist” of the article, I’d be less annoyed–his summary is word for word the title of the linked article, as was pointed out earlier up-thread. Given the trend toward eye-catching titles article titles that bear little resemblance to the actual article, I really don’t know if he’s posted the “gist” or not.
Edit: Hell, I don’t know if he’s even READ any further than the headline.
I also hate posts that are bare links to videos or outside articles. At a minimum, a poster should offer a brief summary or description of what’s behind the link and perhaps also why he or she thinks it’s relevant to the thread.
