It’s not just his ball control, but his scary vision too. He’s a loaded weapon wandering about the pitch, and he really does wander sometimes. So hard to contain him, and if a team try to, they inevitably leave gaps all over the place for his team-mates to exploit (supplied by Messi more often than not). The little fella is a wonder. I don’t really want Argentina to win this, but if they do I’ll be happy that Lionel Messi has the winner’s medal that his talent deserves.
