Reading through the first few pages of this thread is awfully good fun. There are things people got very wrong, but also things people got very right.
lisiate didn’t get it perfect — Spain finished second-last, Brazil choked in the semi-finals, we don’t know whether Germany will win yet, and CONCACAF and CAF actually did quite well —but it’s not a bad set of predictions on the whole!

Glad Netherlands scored on that penalty. I’m feeling a bit of schadenfreude at Robben getting his comeuppance for his flop in the Mexico game, but that foul was ridiculous.

Now I kind of want both teams to get red/yellowed down to a 5-on-5 game.
The move that got Robben a yellow has gotten other players in other games yellows as well. Even other Brazilian players.
