Mexico is giving up too many corners.
They’re also hitting the bar at the other end.
Three goals already in the Brazil/Cameroon match, and still a scoreless draw between Mexico and Croatia.
I’ve got one game on each screen of my computer. This is awesome.
My apologies. I somehow misread your post as saying he was offside.
Free? Links?
Yep, free and legal.
Gonna be a good second half! Remind me please who advances if/what RE Mexico/Croatia.
Mexico advances with a tie or a win. Croatia advances with a win.
A draw is good enough for Mexico to go through. Croatia need to win. If they do, they will be two points ahead of Mexico.
All of this assumes that Brazil is going through. Brazil only needs a draw to advance. Amusingly, though, if Cameroon managed to beat Brazil, and Croatia and Mexico finished in a draw, Brazil would actually be eliminated.
Of course, with Brazil currently leading 3-1, that’s pretty unlikely.
What do you guys think? Was Fred’s goal offside? He clearly was closer to the goal, but was it a forward cross?
Did your local broadcaster just completely ignore the fact that Brazil’s 3rd goal was offside?
Thank you!
Come on, El Tri: score some goals! This sloppy, amateurish play is frustrating (from both sides).
Was this directed at me? I wasn’t paying very close attention when the goal happened with the sound turned off and saw only one replay. For me, it looked like Fred was clearly in an offside position, but I wasn’t sure if it was a forward pass.
Mexico probably should have had two penalties in the space of three seconds, and they didn’t get either of them!
Mexico by all rights should be winning by now.
Lord no, just a simulpost. ![]()
My comment was more about how Brazil tend to get an easier ride from commentators than some other sides.
If Mexico loses this game, it will be the biggest hose job in history.
Goallllll!!! Mexico!!!
Finally!
