Brazilian president Lula (Luis Ignacio da Silva), is an interesting guy-he is a blud cllar gur, who once worked as a machinist. He has no university degree, and is not an intellectual. the guy has done pretty well-as president of a 300 million person country, he seems to be pretty well respected. During his tenure, Brazil has grown to become a major exporter of food, and an inductrial giant. the country is now self-sufficient in food and energy, and recently, Lula anounces a program to build 2 million house fo0r the poor.
lula seems to have accomplished quite a lot-what do Brazilians think of him?
Not Brazilian and no idea how Lula is doing, but a “blud cllar gur” is obviously a Cyrillic vampire of some sort, so I’d look for an uptick in unexplained deaths near the Palácio do Planalto.

C-O-L-A Cola . . .
I don’t know what a blud cllar gur could possibly be, but Brazil does not have 300 million people; its population is a bit short of 200 million.
I’m assuming it is Brazilian take on an Albanian pronunciation of a misheard/mangled Danish attempt at “blue collar guy.”
Dear God, he’s a blood seller? He lives in a blood cellar?
We’ll wait on the Brazilians, but at least from the POV of outsiders, there are surely many people in and out of Brazil who wish more of the new Latin “leftist” leaders were like Lula and fewer like Hugo.
