I cannot find the nytimes.com article I read earlier today, but three people - two groundcrew and a pilot - beat security at a western (Sante Fe?) airport to show that the airports still aren’t being secure enough.
The groundworkers walked through the security checkpoint with knives in their pockets, the pilot walked through without any identification papers. As soon as they were through, they turned around and told the security personnel exactly what they had done.
I can’t give a cite, because I can’t locate the article anymore. It was linked to from yahoo.com. If I find it again, I’ll post it.
