Breast Enhancement Surgery

Ladies:
My husband and I are discussing breast augmentations and enlargements.

I say that a boob job doesn’t change the size of the nipple/areola. He says they do. I’ve always thought that women with large nipples/areolas were either born that way or have had children. I had relatively small nipples until I breastfed my kids. That changed, ummm, greatly.

I’m sure that in the teeming millions that there are a few ladies who have been fortunate enough to have had this procedure.

What say you? Does a boob job also increase the size of the nipple/areola? Were you large nippled to begin with? Have you had kids?

As always, I appreciate any earnest answers to the questions.

Um… well, let me put it this way…
I’m a guy, so take that with a grain of salt. But I’ve probably seen more female nipples than most women have. I’d imagine that most women have seen more penises than me too.

So okay. I’ve seen large natural breasts with small nipples, but that seems to be with the firmer breasts. When they are saggier the nipples tend to be bigger. Just my experience. I’d imagine it has a lot to do with skin elasticity more than anything.

Anyway though, from looking at porn, it’s pretty obvious that implants don’t stretch your nipples considerably. I mean, the typical porno chick has small nipples, right? They all have implants too.

Breast implants do not change the size of one’s nipples. However, it may change sensation in the nipples (most often discreet areas of decreased sensation).

I breastfed one child before augmentation and two children after. Breastfeeding did not make a huge difference in my case. They went from small to a little less small after first baby. There was no increase with the surgery or after subsequent babies.
