Bricker Challenge (Lite Edition #1)

What’s “fellatio?”

just kidding, really

All but these:

  1. Alexander Schneider
  2. Allen Stewart Konigsberg
  3. annuit cìptis
  4. AT&SF
  5. Beany & Cecil
  6. Bix Beiderbecke
  7. Bols
  8. Busby Berkely
  9. Childe Harold
  10. Clyfford Still
  11. coracle
  12. Ed White
  13. Eric Stanley Gardner (unless it’s Erle)
  14. Erik Satie

So I get an 86 or 87.

What I’m missing:

So 74/100. That’s not bad, right? Right?

ultrafilter
Since you asked, that’s a really good score !
It’s a good thing you done Anthony … a really good thing !!

95/100 :stuck_out_tongue:

Am googling the rest…

93 if it’s Erle, otherwise 92.

Not really intended to be Google-foolin’, but correcting the mispellings is part of the fun.

Are we ready for the next 100?

Oh, yes, please!!!

(i missed 10)

I just realized that when people said a number in their post - like “78” - it meant that they recognized 78. I originally thought that meant that #78 was the ONLY one they didn’t recognize. So my “score” is really either 91 or 97. So I am not as uninformed as I feared I was.

(I was baffled that people would not have any idea whatsoever who Donald Trump was!)

64/100.

ultrafilter - The big bang theory? Really?

I’m kind of shocked that no one knows what “Beany & Cecil” is. Obviously I grew up in a way too tv-obsessed household with parents of the correct age.

I’m not going to post my score :frowning: I didn’t count “items I had heard of but couldn’t use in a sentence” so my score is embarassing lower than everyone else’s.

Oops. Make that 75.

Wow…looks like my golden idol has feet of clay… I am so very, very disillusioned.
