That’s your choice on a menu. Which do you pick?
I’m going with broccoli. I think it tastes best of the three.

They all can be good, but broccoli with no other info for me.
Broccoli is a go-to for me. I like kale and spinach but only when they’re well cooked. Raw kale is too tough and raw spinach makes my teeth feel funny. Come to think of it, I don’t like raw broccoli either, but I can happily eat broccoli almost every day.
Easy choice. Spinach every time.
Spinach. I have to kill the flavor of broccoli to eat it. Kale is less versatile.
Zackly. I eat a lot in the brassica family, including broccoli, but all my brassica recipes involve other strong flavors to make it more to my palate’s liking. I’m quite happy eating spinach simply steamed or lightly sauteed.
Spinach
Then broccoli
And kale never, that isn’t even rabbit food imho. It’s a decorative plant in shopping malls
Broccoli.
Spinach. I used to like broccoli more but in my old age I’m getting turned off it. Kale’s only good if it is cooked to taste like spinach.
I think raw I’m good with broccoli or spinach.
Broccoli.
Or if we’re choosing which one to not have: kale.
A friend of mine and I share a weekly CSA box. We always bicker over whose turn it is to take the kale when it shows up (way too often) in the box.
Often as not, my chickens are the winners.
Broccoli, steamed, please.
I’d also select broccoli. Steamed is OK, a little lemon or maybe vinegar squirted on.
Broccoli or kale, either one. I eat spinach in salads, but not a fan of cooked spinach.
Kale by a long shot, but given the choice I’d upgrade to turnip greens or, better yet, mustard greens. ETA: or collards, which I’m also fond of.
I like all three, but kale and spinach are both better served being ingredients in more complex dishes. Broccoli stands much better on its own.
All three of 'em together (maybe with some collards or mustard greens thrown in) will make a pretty tasty saag.
If it’s Indian Saag Paneer, or some other creamed cooked spinach, I’ll go with spinach. Otherwise I’ll go with broccoli, then kale.
Roasted broccoli is the best, but I do like a nice spinach salad.
Kale is like eating forage. Way too much chewing.
Broccoli is the most versatile, although for me it has to be cooked not raw or near-raw. I like spinach salad, but cooked spinach is a little challenging. Kale I have not yet developed a taste for.
Usually I would go for broccoli, but sometimes I am in a more spinach-y mood. I like them both.
Kale isn’t really a food. It’s a member of a family full of delicious vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and red and green cabbage. But it’s just nasty. I don’t understand why they sell it in supermarkets.
