Seriously, that’s the name. Well, I left off “Talkie Version” because it sounds silly. Anyway, here’s a link to the game:

So far, I’ve managed to trade the goblet (which Nephi is given at the very beginning of the game) for a wooden stake. Other than that, I’m just plain stuck.

Well, I do like the line from the rotten steak salesman,

Here’s the solution for the entire game.


Give the goblet to the meat seller. Then talk to the guy with the crown about his crown, he challenges you to a marble game. You win the crown. Give the crown to the meat seller, also take the rope off the cart. Feed the stake to the sleeping guy he then collapses near the wall. Use the rope on the wooden stake to form a grappling hook. Then use the grappling hook on the sick sleeping guy to get over the wall. Chapter 1 finished. Cute, but way too easy. Maybe they ramp up the challenge in the next chapter? This game is much much harder. The other rooms here.

I assume you mean feed the steak to the sleeping guy?

And another: How long did it take you?

I just beat it. It took about ten minutes.
I didn’t like it as much as some of the other amateur adventure games I’ve played. Have you played any AGS games? I could link to some that I like if anyone’s interested.

Monty, yeah the rotten steak, the guy will not enjoy his new meal but he will be helpful after that.
