When god came down and personally created barbecue, you can bet your backside it involved Eastern vinegar based sauce.

I drive right by that place when driving to & from work. It’s supposed to open in a few weeks, I believe. I am going to assume, at least initially, the traffic is going to be bad. Will probably have to find an alternate route when driving to/from work.
