Budweiser Will Call Its Beer 'America' Through the Election

Considering how it tastes, Ditchweed might be more accurate.

This is very disturbing to me. America is **NOT **the name of a country. The name of the country is the United States of America.

funny thing is look how many times they’ve tried to make all the side flavors of coke look like a coke classic can just with “diet” cherry" ect

Last time they tried someone who was in a hurry in a wal-mart grabbed what she thought was classic and it was cherry and she turned out to be allergic to cherry and ended up in the er

Apparently she popped one in the parking lot and downed half of it before she actually tasted it … (well here it was 109 I july)

The United States of Budweiser? :dubious: No, still a bad idea. However, like the US of America, AB InBev doesn’t care what I think.

American and Canadian macrobrews have the exact same strength, but both are stronger than what is typical in UK, Ireland, and Australia (for beer, not talking Buckfast).

I haven’t really had a good Canadian beer besides Unibroue, and even they are from the part of Canada that the rest of Canada pretends doesn’t exist. But I am quite certain that many Canadian microbrews simply don’t cross the border, and thus I am not going to make circa 1960s canoe jokes out of ignorance.

Mmm, Budweiser Hitler Did Nothing Wrong.

You cannot own America.
You can only rent it for a couple of hours.
And turn it to piss.

The new Trump campaign slogan?

Black Horse isn’t bad at all.

They would change the name to " horse piss" if they thought it would bring in another dollar.

Imagine the advertising:

“America. You can taste the amber waves of grain.”

Puts me in the awkward position of hating “America”. Love my country but, damn, that beer sucks!

Silly. It sounds like something the Bundys were involved in.

Bob

Then why say brand loyalty would have any relevance to his argument? The only place that would be relevant is if he was saying they’d buy a different beer instead.

 My gawd it’s been too long, and somehow not long enough, since I saw that.
Any word on whether Anheuser-Busch will retain any copyrights to “Budweiser”, or is this an opportunity for the recreational weed industry to snake the name and tinker with it some?
