http://buffalobeast.com/134/50mostloathsome2008-full.html The Beast runs this every year. it is fun.
Yes, but is it safe for work?
Only if you work in a trauma center so they can put your knee in a cast from slapping it so hard and sew your sides together after they split.
Your command of sarcasm is amazing.
File the linked article under “Humor: Not Funny.”
It’s also rather outdated. The thing with Rachel Ray and Dunkin’ Donuts was last year.
Pssst: “last year” was 2008. See thread title.
This is the 2008 edition, so last year is right in the ballpark. Notice many of the people listed were from the election season, too.
I know that. This has been out for awhile…I remember reading it a few months back.
I applaud their putting Stephanie “SPARKLYVAMPIREOMG!” Myers on there.
This was great:
They should quit wasting electrons on teh Interweb. What a piece of crap.
You didn’t find any of that funny? I thought it was hilarious.
Thanks, gonzomax, for posting that. I’ve never heard of it before.
“John Updike…won’t quit…Apparently immortal”
Yeah, they called that one. Snerk.
I agree!
We must not laugh at elected officials or foolish people! It is undignified, and… disloyal.
A good “knock-knock” joke should be good enough for most people. Other kinds of “humor” should be illegal.
I detect sarcasm here. While I enjoy sarcasm, as well as other forms of humor, I feel you are being too unkind to that faithful old stalwart, the knock-knock joke. Further, I think that the Buffalo Beast is hilarious, although terribly childish. Plaxico. Heh, heh.
I . . . I can’t believe I’m even close to agreeing with Clothahump. Clothahump. That article was really just fucking stupid. There wasn’t a funny bit in the whole thing. There never is. The Daily Beast is trying to be edgy, and instead just looks incredibly pathetic.
Not for conservatives. It requires a sense of humor.
Sentence: Chained like Prometheus to a rock, to undergo a cycle of pregnancies and abortions for eternity.
Sorry, but that one was friggin’ funny.
