Okay, so he’s never right in the sunbeam. But he’s always right next to it. Seriously, it’s like they decided it was too much trouble to keep the vampires in the dark, so he’s always hanging out in light dappled shade or under a little black raincloud or something. He doesn’t act at all like a person who’d be in terrible pain or even die if that cloud moved.
