True, you want something aesthetically pleasing, something with a decent air flow scheme something with no cheap sharp metal edges, and finally something that gives you tool less entry.

Warning to the OP, If you are looking at SLI, do it now. Many cards will not work in SLI/Crossfire mode unless they are literally the same firmware revisions. This makes it a ROYAL PITA to retrofit SLI.
That hasn’t been true for a long while. As long as the cards are of the same type (two 9800 gtx’s two 8800 gt’s, etc) SLI/crossfire will work.
