I’m simply struck, again, by the overwhelming anti-Bush commentary here, and how sharply it contrasts with the poll numbers. There’s a smug attitude here at how badly Bush is being beaten, and no real sense of how the majority of the country is reacting.

Yes; a lot of the things that could be major gaffes won’t become so because the audience has been disallowed to point them out to the TV Land with their “ooohs” and “ahhhhs”.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. If Kerry had a big mustache, this election would be a landslide. He could go to the debate and smile, wave, give the “thumbs-up” and say silly catchphrased and win every state. Somebody needs to tell him.
But I’m still voting Bush because he will eliminate the “Death Tax”.

I am pro-Bush (though not without reservations), and I think he’s doing terribly.
