I’d also like to remind everyone that, prior to JRFJR’s post (#39), the prior past was back in 2009. We don’t mind resurrecting old threads like that (in this forum, anyhow), but we do want to alert people to the fact. Some of the posters from 3+ years ago may not be around to respond.
