The polling is wrong from an inaccurate pollster (which happens to be one of the most accurate), but even if it’s right, the numbers are not bad (despite being demonstrably historically bad). Also, the actual poll has him at 36%, not 40%. One sentence manages to have three lies.

The Senate must go to a 51 vote majority instead of current 60 votes. Even parts of full Repeal need 60. 8 Dems control Senate. Crazy!

Irony here is that if it had only needed 51 senators to pass in the first place, the ACA would have been a much better bill. It also could have gotten some needed modifications as things shook out, rather than the current incarnation being fixed in stone.
